Feeling Nervous on Slow Journey of Growing Up
At 25, my peers seem to be moving ahead—getting married, having kids, settling into stable careers. However, I'm still figuring out what "being an adult" really means.
Early in my career, a lab engineer asked me, “Are you a summer temp?” Honestly... at that time, I probably didn’t even measure up to that.
Moments like these make me doubt myself, as if I’m not enough and my growth is quiet and slow, barely noticeable.
Seeing my struggles, my supervisor quietly reminded me: “Everyone blooms in their own season.”
Wise Words That Stayed with Me
In the past, even minor issues could throw me off balance.
Now, I handle challenges more deliberately. I stay calm when unexpected issues pop up, figure out solutions step by step, and learn from mistakes along the way. Each attempt gives me a little more control and confidence.
Through these small changes, I realized that the wisdom my supervisor shared is not just for me—it also reflects the values behind PASSUS.
Seeing How PASSUS Grows Alongside Me
The mold goes through repeated revisions. Certifications sometimes come with retests and adjustments. The socket feel is adjusted until the resistance is just right.
Just like me, our products don’t come out perfect on the first try. They’re shaped, refined, and strengthened step by step.
And I’ve come to see that anything built with patience—whether a product or a person.
In Closing
PASSUS and I are still on the way, simmering slowly, but steadily becoming better.
Slow growth builds what lasts.
Thank you for growing with PASSUS.
